FAQs

  • Do we rent bikes out?

Not at this time. This is a small operation and we cannot yet take on the financial responsibility of a fleet of bikes. This is BRING YOUR OWN BIKE.

  • What should I bring?

Riding gear, cold/wet weather coat and pants. Hydropack or water bottles. Snacks. Some cash. Cardo Communicator if you own one, if not we rent them for a small fee.

  • How big are the riding groups?

We specialize in SMALL guided groups. Our tours are ideal for couples, family members, or close friends. Our Maximum tour is 3 individuals plus your guide.

  • Will we camp or stay in hotels?

Generally the prescheduled tours stay at local hotels/bed and breakfasts on the route. However if you book a custom tour or book early enough we are happy to accommodate your preferences.

  • What if we get hurt or crash while riding?

Riding does present some risks but it’s ultimately an incredible way to travel. YOU are taking on the responsibility for your riding and liability. In the case of an emergency your guide is trained in First Aid and CPR.

  • What style of riding will we do?

Our tours are 99% street riding through beautiful flowing roads. Stretches can be technical and challenging depending on skill but usually slowing down does the trick. Outside of short gravel sections to points of interest plan to be on the street.
